10 Restaurant Chains We Thought Were Great, But Aren’t

Chili’s

Chili’s, one of the most popular restaurant chains, was well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and Southwestern-inspired menu. The brand was widely associated with celebrations and family get-togethers.

However, Chili’s was having trouble due to shifting dining tastes and increased competition. And their menu and atmosphere have not been refreshed with much success. Even though there are still a lot of locations and they don’t seem to plan on closing the restaurant chain the brand has seen better days.
